Stage 1: Model rough mesh base following basic bird wing structure. This will provide the basis for the feathers.
Stage 2: I then modelled one feather and duplicated it over and arranged them along the feather.
Stage 3: I then added joints and started to create controllers. However at this stage I felt that I couldn't continue. My knowledge of rigging is very limited so I feel I need to learn more about rigging. I will have to find some tutorials which will direct to structure the rig in the right way- the right constraints, parenting and IK and FK controls.
